The system behind your company

Your company's growth isn't a marketing problem. It's a system problem.

Acquiring customers, handling the ones who arrive, keeping marketing, sales and operations aligned: these are all pieces of the same problem. We work alongside you to understand what's really holding growth back, and we build the system that sustains it.

We produce the diagnostic analysis. 45-minute presentation meeting. Free, no commitment.

  • One client per category, per area
  • A business operating system inside not a vendor to manage
  • Diagnosis first, system second never the other way round
Where you start from

Four entry doors, one system only.

Every company arrives with a different symptom. There isn't one door, there are four. Whichever the door you enter from, the system we build is the same. What changes is the part we activate first.

Acquisition

Campaigns yield less, contacts are worse, marketing has become a cost that doesn't scale. We start from the acquisition flow, but we immediately build the system that captures, qualifies and converts whatever comes in.

Sales

Leads lost across ten channels, incoherent follow-ups, quotes by hand. We start from the commercial pipeline, building a system that follows the customer from the first request to signature.

Back-office

Senior staff overloaded with repetitive work, scattered data, no real control. We move mechanical work onto a system that produces under your control, and we give back senior time to what really counts.

Brand and content

Abandoned social channels, a blog that starts and stops, discontinuous communication. We build the machine that produces articles, posts, videos and ads according to a plan, keeping the voice of your company.

The problem

The real problem isn't marketing. It's fragmentation.

You've tried ads. You've tried the CRM. You've tried the agency, the consultant, the course.

Each one worked a little. Each one solved a piece, and created another.

Today your company has more tools than ever. And less control than ever.

  • Content that doesn't bring customers
  • Campaigns that work for a month and disappear the next
  • Leads that come in and get lost between email and WhatsApp
  • Follow-ups done from memory, when someone remembers
  • Data scattered across Excel, the CRM, and the salesperson's head
  • Results you can never be sure will repeat next month

The limit isn't the tools. It's that no one is looking at the whole.

Four bottlenecks

Four problems that stall growth in established companies.

The companies we work with have different situations, but almost always in one of four patterns. Recognising which one applies is the first step.

01
Growth has stalled

Clinics, private schools, real estate agencies, corporate training companies.

Your acquisition channels have reached their ceiling.

You've tried ads, content, SEO, referrals. Something worked, for a while. Today the return has dropped: fewer inquiries, and the ones you get are less qualified than before.

The problem isn't that marketing doesn't work. It's that the competitive context has shifted and the acquisition system you rely on is built on assumptions that no longer hold.

We analyse how your customers actually arrive today, where they drop off along the path, and build an acquisition flow that reflects how your target informs themselves now. Not “more ads”. It's rethinking the offer, the positioning, the sequence of contacts.

02
Sales that disperses

Exclusive distributors, importers, dealers, clinics with articulated patient journeys, professional firms with complex clients.

Leads come in from ten channels and get lost between people.

Contacts arrive from Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Autoscout, industry portals, phone, referrals. Salespeople reply as they can, when they can, each with their own method. Customer information lives partly in the CRM, partly on phones, partly in people's heads.

Quotes and contracts are written by hand each time, in a slightly different way. When a salesperson is on holiday or changes jobs, a slice of the pipeline stops or disappears. It isn't a bigger-team problem: it's a process problem.

We map the customer's actual journey, build the system that follows them at every step: bot for off-hours replies, CRM with structured pipeline, automatic generation of offers and contracts. The same team handles double the leads without losing quality.

03
Capacity at the limit

Fiduciaries, accounting firms, independent financial advisors, boutique law firms.

Your senior team spends the day on repetitive work.

You could take on more clients, but you can't afford to hire. Key people spend their time on repetitive tasks: data extraction, document preparation, answering the same questions again. The high-value time gets pushed aside.

This isn't an “efficiency” problem from a motivational course. It's structural: you need to separate where human judgment is required from where a supervised system is enough.

We map where your senior team's time gets consumed. The mechanical work moves onto a system that operates under the team's control, not in their place. The work that requires judgment stays with people, with less friction. The same team handles more volume without multiplying manual work.

04
Weakening relationships

Recurring-client portfolios, fiduciary firms, brokers, premium advisors.

Your portfolio grows, perceived quality doesn't.

You have more clients than before, but each one feels less attended to. Someone has already complained. Someone changed providers and you didn't see it coming.

As the portfolio grows, service quality becomes a mathematical problem. You can't give 200 clients the attention you gave 50. Your best clients notice.

We build a relationship coverage system that ensures proactive contact at the right moments, anticipates needs instead of chasing complaints, and flags when a client deserves a recovery intervention. It isn't another CRM. It's a different way of staying close to your clients.

Your problem might be one of these, or a combination. The free assessment is exactly where we figure that out together, before proposing anything.

Method

First we understand where value is created. Then we build the system to multiply it.

Most agencies start from execution: “we'll run your ads”, “we'll handle your social”, “we'll set up your CRM”.

We start from the diagnosis.

Because you can have the best funnel in the world, but if the offer is weak the funnel amplifies the weakness. You can have endless leads, but if follow-up is manual and slow you burn them.

Our work always starts from the precise point where your company creates value. We make it clear, measurable, scalable. Only then do we build the infrastructure to make it work.

The scorecard

How we read your company.

Every assessment we run looks at six areas. They are the mirrors that reveal where value is created, where it is preserved, and where it leaks.

01

Acquisition

How customers arrive, through which channels, at what real cost, and with what fit to the target.

02

Conversion

What happens between the first contact and the signature. How many drop off, where, and why.

03

Retention

How long clients stay, how their value expands over time, how many are lost to competitors.

04

Operations

Where the team's time is consumed, which friction slows production, what requires human intervention and what doesn't.

05

Data

What you know, what is hidden inside systems, what you are not measuring. The actual visibility you have on the business.

06

System

How much daily operations depend on single people versus repeatable processes. The scale of the concentration risk.

The six areas are not silos: they influence each other. An acquisition problem might actually be an operations problem. The scorecard is how we see it.

Growth first, efficiency later. Never the other way around.

The priority is one: more on-target customers, more revenue, better margins. Growth doesn't mean “burning cash”. It means activating validated levers on a system that's ready to convert.

When that happens, and it happens soon, a new problem is born: more inquiries, more conversations, more operational work. It's the problem every business owner wants to have. That's where the operating system we build together comes in, to make it sustainable.

The diagnostic analysis

What you receive when you ask for it.

A structured document on how your company operates. Not a 45-minute call: an analysis done, written, delivered. The 45 minutes are the meeting in which we walk through it with you, point by point.

01

Operational scorecard

Synthetic diagnosis across six key areas: acquisition, conversion, retention, operations, data, system. Each with a specific reading of your situation.

02

Detailed tables

Article-by-article analysis of published content, line-by-line of active campaigns, channel-by-channel of acquisition data. Real numbers, not generic averages.

03

Competitive benchmark

Comparison with direct competitors in your territory. Where you're ahead, where you're behind, where the market is moving without waiting for you.

See a full example

The document stays yours whatever you decide. The analysis is free and does not commit you.

The system at work

How what we build together lives inside your company.

Once we've figured out what your company needs, part of the work is consulting and part is daily operations. We do the first during the strategic phases. If we did the second as an agency, we'd just be another vendor for you to manage.

WhatsApp Email Sito Social Agenda CRM

The system we build is how the operational side lives inside your company without needing to be managed.

What it does every day

Replies to customers

Across WhatsApp, email, website chat and social. With the right context, without making them wait.

Produces content

Posts, emails, articles, ads, videos with digital clones of executive figures when it makes sense.

Generates offers and contracts

Quotes and commercial documents starting from your always-updated price lists. No more Word by hand, no more wrong discounts.

Filters incoming contacts

Pre-evaluation of requests according to agreed parameters. Only those passing the filter reach the team.

Keeps data aligned

CRM, systems, calendars and sheets. A single, always up-to-date version.

Replies with the real numbers

A console that reads your data and replies to questions in your language. “How many customers did we lose in March?” gets the answer in twenty seconds.

It isn't software you need to learn how to use. It's a collaborator who's always there, who knows your business because you explained it to us together.

Three intelligences working together

Our method: three kinds of intelligence working together.

We don't believe in off-the-shelf solutions. Software alone isn't enough. A funnel isn't enough. Advertising isn't enough. Three kinds of intelligence need to work together.

01

What your company already knows

Your market, your story, your customers, your numbers. This is the raw material. Nobody knows it better than you. Our job is to extract it and give it structure, so it stops living only in your heads and starts working for the company.

02

What we bring

Positioning, offers, messaging, growth levers. The consulting side: the why before the how. It's what turns a fuzzy idea into a system that produces predictable results.

03

What the system does

The infrastructure that connects communication, content, CRM, automations and sales. The layer that turns strategy into flows that run 24/7, without you having to do it by hand.

When these three work together, the company gets continuous growth, operational coherence, and measurable results.

A concrete example

A prospect writes through the website at 10pm on a Sunday. The system replies within a minute, understands what they need, sends the relevant material, and offers two appointment slots. Monday morning, you find the meeting already booked and the prospect's context ready. Multiply that across every channel (WhatsApp, email, website, social) and every customer. No inquiry forgotten, no follow-up missed, no customer thinking “they forgot about me”.

You stay at the centre of every decision. The system executes, observes, and tells you what's going on. And we stay alongside you as partners, not vendors.

How we work

How we work: four non-negotiable principles.

These are the rules we apply to every client. They aren't written for marketing. They're the constraints we set for ourselves, so we don't turn into just another agency.

01

One operator per category, per area.

We don't take on two companies competing in the same market. If we work with you, we don't work with your direct competitor in the same territory. Period.

02

Diagnosis before proposal.

We don't write proposals in the dark. The initial assessment is free because it's how we find out whether the work makes sense, for both sides. If we realise we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

03

Results before activity.

We don't sell hours. We don't sell posts. We don't sell “social media management”. We work so your system produces measurable results. If it doesn't, the problem is ours.

04

Your data and content stay yours.

Everything the system collects and produces for you, data and content, is exportable at any time. The operating system itself runs on our infrastructure and we keep it running, but your information and materials are never locked in: if you decided to leave, they come with you.

The filter

What changes, and what we are not.

Two ways to read the difference: the actual outcome we see, and the explicit limits we set for ourselves.

Before
After

Campaigns that work for a month and disappear the next.

Continuous acquisition, with levers observed and optimised.

Leads that come in and get lost between email, WhatsApp, sticky notes.

Every contact tracked from first click to signature, without manual work.

The salesperson keeps everything in their head. If they stop, the company stops.

Knowledge structured. People are valued for what they decide, not for what they remember.

Follow-ups done from memory, at the wrong moment, sometimes forgotten.

Automatic coverage at the right moments, human supervision on decisions.

Data scattered across Excel, CRM and the seniors\u{2019} heads.

A single source of truth. Decisions are made on numbers, not on gut feeling.

On-and-off results. You don't know if next month will repeat.

Predictable rhythms. The system produces results continuously, not in spasms.

What we're not.

A lot of confusion clears up by saying what we don't do.

We're not a marketing agency.

Agencies sell hours and deliverables. We build a system that keeps working even when we're not watching.

We're not a web agency.

The website we build is a component of the system, not the end product. If all you want is a new website, we're not the right choice.

We're not a software vendor.

The system isn't something you buy a licence for. It's built to order with you, for your business. There's no trial to download.

We're not a consultant who hands over slides.

Reports without execution are entertainment. Our work ends when the system is live and producing measurable results.

The path

How it starts.

The path runs in three clear phases. None of them commits you to the next: if at some point it stops making sense, we stop, no penalties.

01
Phase 1 Assessment (free)

We produce a complete diagnostic analysis: how customers arrive, how you handle the commercial pipeline, where senior time gets consumed, how you communicate. We prepare it with our tools in a few hours of work. Then we meet for 45 minutes to walk through it with you, point by point.

If we need to go deeper, you give us access to your systems (CRM, management software, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Search Console, Analytics) and we expand the analysis with real data. At the end we open a direct WhatsApp channel for questions in the following days.

The document stays yours whatever you decide. No obligation, no automated sales sequence.

02
Phase 2 Foundation (90 days)

If the diagnosis makes sense and you decide to move forward, we build the system.

Ninety days in which we define positioning, structure the offer, configure the CRM, activate communication channels, create content, and put the first automations into production.

You don't wait 90 days to see results: every two weeks we ship live components. The system is already working while we're still building it.

03
Phase 3 Ongoing coverage

The system is live and looked after. We keep evolving it: new content, new campaigns, refining automations, adapting to your market.

You have one point of contact, not three vendors. And a clear monthly fee, not a surprise invoice every month.

Get started

Starting is simple.

You ask us for the analysis of how your company operates. We produce it in a few hours. We meet for 45 minutes to walk through it. Free, no commitments, no PowerPoint decks.

If at the end it seems the work makes sense, we tell you how to proceed. If we think we're not the right fit for you, we say so with the same clarity.

Examples: "Dental clinic in Lugano, 12 new patients/month, we want to reach 30 without losing quality." Or: "Exclusive distributor, 4 salespeople, leads lost between Meta, WhatsApp and portals, we need a system that follows them all." Or: "Accounting firm in Milan, 4 senior staff overloaded with repetitive work, we need time for our best clients." Or: "Wealth advisory practice, content published on and off, inconsistent brand, we want a continuous presence."

FAQ

The questions we get asked most often.

What does it cost?
It depends on the complexity of your business. The Foundation has a one-off cost, the ongoing coverage afterwards is a monthly fee. The paths we build require an investment reserved for companies with an established organisation and a planned spending capacity. If your situation is too early for this kind of work, we tell you straight away and point you to better-suited paths. The initial analysis is free and does not commit you.
Do you have to replace the software we already use?
Most of the time, no. The system integrates with what already works. We only replace what isn't producing results or is causing friction.
Where is our data?
On dedicated infrastructure for your business, in Europe. The data is yours, the access is yours, and portability is guaranteed.
What happens if we decide to stop?
It stops. The content is yours, the CRM is yours, the data is yours. We hand everything over in portable form, with no complications.
How much of our time does working with you take?
To receive the analysis, nothing: we produce it. The presentation meeting is 45 minutes. During the Foundation: roughly 2-3 hours a week, spread out. Once the system is running: the time you choose to give us, which is usually little because the system runs on its own.
Do you only work in Ticino?
We work with clients across Italian-speaking Switzerland and northern Italy. Distance isn't a constraint: almost all the work happens remotely, with in-person meetings when they're useful.
You use artificial intelligence. Is it safe?
AI is a tool, not a lead character. We don't put it at the centre of customer communication without oversight, we don't give it access to sensitive systems without supervision. And we don't sell “AI” as if it were magic.
Do we have to start from marketing?
No. Some clients arrive with a need for commercial or administrative automation. Others with a content and brand problem. Others still with an operational load that absorbs the senior team. In the analysis we figure out where it makes sense to start for you, and the system grows from there.
Do you only work with large companies?
We work with companies that have a structured organisation and a planned budget for a continuous path. It isn't a question of absolute revenue: it is a question of internal organisation and growth pace. For smaller or earlier-stage organisations, there are better-suited vendors and tools, and when we realise that, we tell you.
How do you handle confidentiality on the cases you publish?
The cases on the site are in anonymous form. The operational details are accurate, but sector, geography and size are described in a way that does not allow identification of the client. For clients who explicitly authorise us, we keep a separate references section. Nothing of your work with us ends up public without your explicit consent.
