What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device. They are used to make the site work, to remember preferences and to measure its use. We follow a “privacy by default” approach: no non-technical cookie is written before your explicit consent.
Technical storage
We only use strictly necessary technical storage. In particular, we keep your consent choice in the key elvexa_consent_v1 of the browser localStorage, so that we don't show you the banner again on every visit. It doesn't require consent, because without it we can't honour your choice.
Site measurement (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. The tool is configured in Consent Mode v2 with default denied for all storage.
- Without your consent: GA4 receives anonymous aggregated signals (cookieless mode); no persistent cookie is written, no unique identifier, the IP is masked. This allows us to measure pages, sessions and traffic sources in aggregate form.
- With your consent: GA4 sets its own cookies (typically
_ga,_ga_<id>, up to 24 months) to recognise recurring sessions and enable a more complete reading of behaviour.
You can grant or revoke consent from the banner on the site. Deleting the key elvexa_consent_v1 will make the banner reappear.
Anti-bot protection (Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise)
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise in score-based mode. The Google script loads only when you interact with the form and is necessary to assess whether the submission comes from a real user. reCAPTCHA may set Google's own technical storage and is activated on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
Profiling or advertising cookies
We do not currently use third-party profiling, remarketing or advertising cookies. If in the future we activate attribution pixels (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn), they will be loaded only after your explicit consent collected via the banner and described on this page.
How to manage or revoke consent
- From the banner that appears on your first visit you can choose “Accept” or “Anonymous only”.
- To change your mind after choosing: delete the key
elvexa_consent_v1from localStorage (in Chrome: DevTools → Application → Storage, or site settings). The banner will reappear on your next visit. - You can also disable or delete cookies directly from your browser.
